You will receive a confirmatory email from TDI Membership within 72 hours with:

Membership Checklist (currently found on the website under "FORMS")
Consent and Release forms (these are also currently found on the website under “FORMS”)
Team Eligibility and Coaching Rosters (these are also currently found on the website under “FORMS”)
Receipt of your TEMPORARY membership number does not mean your membership is complete. Application is NOT considered complete and will not be posted as complete until all of the above documentation is received and verified by TDI Membership. Receipt of temporary membership allows you to register for contests at the member rate, but you cannot accept qualifications for State or participate in State until all membership payment and documentation is received and verified by TDI Membership.

2. Please help us manage your paperwork efficiently. If at all possible, please send ALL materials in together (consent/release forms, rosters and payments). A $40.00 processing fee will be charged for submission of incomplete membership materials.
3. In order to get proper and prompt credit for payment, ALWAYS put your team name in the memo of your checks or request your school administration to do so, ESPECIALLY if a check is being cut from your district and if there are multiple schools in with teams in your district.
4. Keep copies of all correspondence regarding membership and redeclarations with you at all contests for verification.
5. Varsity and JV teams must apply for memberships separately.
