Competition
TEAMDance Youth was launched In the 2007-2008 season. There were 13 TDY Dance and 6 TDY Flag regional competitions held in the 2008-2009 season that culminated into an event called the "Final Frenzy" on February 8, 2009.
Below is some basic information regarding TDY competition:
- TDY offers a double judging panel at each regional competition. Team performances will receive oral critiques and scores from two (2) TDY Artistic Judges and two (2) TDY Technical Judges!
- TDY offers the following categories: Hip Hop, Open Dance, Open Pom, Kick, and Open Flag.
- TDY Competitions take place during TDI competitions, thus allowing TDY teams the opportunity to watch the high school teams compete.
